Custom Orders

We’re currently taking a pause on accepting orders for custom-made pieces. Thank you so much for your kind interest and support ♡

Delivery Times

Packages are shipped by USPS within 7 business days. Please allow 2 weeks for your pieces to arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking number and other relevant information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within the US only. If you wish to have a piece shipped internationally, please feel free to reach out to us via email :)

Damaged Package

We take great care in ensuring the secure packaging of your order. However, we understand that accidents can occur during the shipping process. If such an incident happens, we kindly request that you photograph the broken pieces, along with the box and packaging materials, and keep them until the case is resolved. Please contact us with photographs within 48hours of receiving.

Missing Package

Once the package is dropped off at the Post office, we no longer have direct control over its journey. If the package goes missing, please contact USPS with your shipping details for prompt support. Please keep us updated, and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Shipping & Handling fee

The shipping and handling fee is $15 for the first item, with an additional $5 for each extra item.

Please note that cancellations can only be processed within 24 hours of your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us before completing your order.
